Membership Practices 

Provided you remain in good standing, your membership in Prime 21 Club is permanent and will automatically renew each year. Membership and annual fees are non-refundable. 

Annual fees will be drafted annually via ACH on May 1st annually and begin May 1, 2022. 

Prime 21 Club is a proprietary Restaurant and Club owned and operated by Prime 21, LLC. A member shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of Prime 21 Club and shall be bound by these rules and policies but shall have no proprietary rights in any of the premises or in respect of the property of Prime 21 Club or Prime 21, LLC. 

Prime 21 Club members may propose candidates to the Membership Committee, which will meet once a month to review a set number of applicants. Only individuals nominated by existing members are eligible to apply. Please contact our membership director to request a nomination interview. A nomination does not guarantee acceptance. Upon review you will receive communication regarding acceptance or denial. 

Prime 21 Club management and all staff members adhere to the strictest confidentiality standards and will maintain all information provided by our members in the strictest confidence. 

We will continue to keep this information on file for as long as you remain a candidate or member of Prime 21 Club.

Member Privileges and Policies 

Spouse or significant other will be granted Member privileges upon primary member acceptance. Members may reserve a table for a non-member, without the member being present, once a week. Members may make a reservation for the same non member no more than once per year. 

Members may nominate candidates to be considered for Prime Memberships. 

Applications do not guarantee approval. 

Members receive priority booking for any of The Village Hospitality Group properties including Sorrentos, Chef’s Table, Barra, Banner Elk Winery & Inn and Azalea Inn. 

Platinum and Gold Members may host a private party once per year for a reduced room fee.

Member Code of Conduct 

In order to preserve the unique atmosphere of Prime 21 Club, it is essential for members and their guests to respect the Code of Conduct outlined herein. 

Those who accompany members should align with the mission of the club and enrich the experience. Without exception, all members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. 

While Prime 21 Club fosters an environment of relaxed exchange, uninvited engagement with other members or guests are strictly forbidden. 

Photography of our guests and members is prohibited without permission from the member or guest being photographed. Cell phone calls are not allowed in the dining room and should otherwise be kept to a minimum. Pets are prohibited, other than licensed service animals. 

No smoking indoors 

Any individual whose behavior Prime 21 Club’s Membership Committee deems inappropriate or disrespectful to fellow guests and staff may be asked to leave. 

Membership is subject to termination without any fees or dues refunded.

Member Dress Code 

Members and their guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion: a visit to a private membership club. 

Any member or guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry. No open-toed shoes or tank tops for gentlemen. No hats.

Golf attire is permitted before 7pm
